JAD Electrical is seeking a motivated and reliable Electrical Helper to support our lead mechanics and technicians on residential and commercial jobs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build a long-term career in the electrical trade and learn from experienced professionals.

Responsibilities
• Assist lead mechanics with installations, repairs, and service work
• Pull wire, run conduit, install devices, and support rough and finish electrical tasks
• Load, unload, and organize tools, materials, and equipment on job sites
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow direction from senior electricians and learn proper techniques
• Support accurate documentation, material tracking, and job site setup/breakdown
• Represent JAD Electrical with professionalism at all times

Requirements
• Some experience in the electrical field preferred but not required
• Willingness to learn and grow under senior electricians
• Ability to take direction and work as part of a team
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work on ladders, in crawl spaces, and other physical environments
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools

• Prior residential or commercial electrical exposure
• OSHA 10 certification
• Ability to read basic plans or diagrams
